Introducing the ideal weightlifting bar for beginners, women, and kids - the Warrior Mini Olympic Barbell, weighing in at 5lbs and only 4ft long!
We believe that it is very important to have a complete free range of motion when children are learning to use a barbell. The ideal bar for kids would be a light weight bearing bar but they don't currently exist. We also know that traditional bearings are very expensive.
With that in mind we set out to create a bearing bar by machining the bearing surfaces into the bar and sleeves instead of adding the cost of buying them. By doing this we have created a free spinning bar at a fraction of the price

Disclaimer: The mini bar is built for technique purposes for smaller athletes (children). To achieve the light weight of 5lb we build them out of aluminum which can bend under excessive impact and/or force such as dropping from overhead. Please be mindful of this when using it during training. Put no more than 50lb on the bar during workout.
