Our Warrior Flying Pull Up Bar is an essential to building gymnastic strength, power, and muscle recruitment. The Warrior Flying Pull-up Bar allows athletes to safely train advanced elements of gymnastics: generating momentum, maintaining rhythm, and improving hand-eye coordination.
- Adds 2' Height Select desired length of 42", 60", or 72"
- Reinforcement tube (pictured) only used with 72" ladder.
- Bar spacing: First bar is spaced 16" from second bar.
- Spacing from the pull up bar on the rig to the first bar on the ladder is 20" (when bar is no flipped, thus at highest point)
