The latest addition to their T Series treadmill range, NordicTrack’s T Series 16 Folding Treadmill is the ideal companion for all home runners. It’s capable of hitting top speeds of 12mph (20kph) – that’s a 3-minute-per-kilometer pace – and inclines of up to 12% for hill simulation. On-screen shortcuts let you ramp up the speed or elevation quickly when on the run. SelectFlex™ cushioning lets you switch from a firm to a soft surface depending on your preference. The cushioning system is design to absorb impact and give you all the support you need for walking, jogging and running. If that wasn't impressive enough, the T Series 16 is powered by iFIT Pro (subscription required), which opens the doors to a world of exciting fitness challenges.

Simply sign in to your account directly via the 16” touchscreen and your up-to-date performance data will be there, ready for you. Take advantage of thousands of online trainer-led workouts and advanced ActivePulse™ heart rate monitoring (monitor sold separately). The treadmill will automatically follow the incline and speed of your iFIT Trainer, while SmartAdjust™ intelligently adjusts these settings based on your fitness level and changes you make in your workouts. With iFIT, you have access to streaming services directly on the 16” HD touchscreen. Work out to your favourite shows, movies and music (streaming service subscriptions required).

Convenience is at the core of this machine, including: two water bottle holders, an Autobreeze™ fan that changes intensity to match your workout, a USB-C charging port, two 2” speakers and Bluetooth® headphone and heart rate monitor connectivity. When you’ve finished your run, the deck can fold up easily to maximise the space in your home gym.
