The Hammer Strength Seated Arm Curl Bench allows you to isolate your biceps in the tried and true preacher curl position. Perfect with a curl bar or iso-lateral dumbbell curls. The frame is durable, 11-guage steel with deformation resistant foam padding.

The Seated Arm Curl machine is typically designed to target the biceps muscles. It involves sitting on a padded seat with a pad or armrest for each arm. The exercise is performed by gripping the handles or armrests while keeping the upper arms stationary against the pads and curling the forearms upward to contract the biceps. Then, the weight is lowered back down in a controlled manner to complete one repetition.
