These adjustable plyometric boxes features a wider platform than the standard plyometric box and the ability to adjust the height upward or downward in one-inch increments.

With these two enhancements, athletes need just one box—as opposed to several—to perform exercises such as box jumps and single leg squats in a full range of heights, and while allowing wider stances.
