The entire supply chain has been disrupted and demand for home fitness equipment is at an unprecedented level. We never could have prepared for this volume and neither could the equipment manufacturers. We are working tirelessly to procure inventory and fulfill all orders, but may run into unexpected obstacles and delays as product availability changes daily. We ask for your patience during these extraordinary times and should you wish to cancel your order and request a full refund, please email support@topfitness.com.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION

Due to increased demands and current conditions, delivery times are substantially longer than normal.
  • 3-4 weeks for in-stock equipment that ships direct to your home and requires self-installation
  • 4-6 weeks for in-stock equipment that includes professional delivery, set-up, and installation in your home
  • 6+ weeks for items that are out of stock or pre-orders

INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

We are continuing our scheduled residential and commercial installations across the country. Our delivery teams are taking all necessary precautions when entering your home or facility.

EMPLOYEES’ HEALTH
